The Photography
Production Process

1. PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT

In this stage we will begin by asking what your needs are and what solutions we can provide. We will ask you pre-defined questions that aid us to have a good understanding of how we can assist you. We will provide you with The Proposal, with detailed information outlining the project, what we have discussed, key milestones for the full project as well as the delivery deadline.

This is an important step as it ensures that we are both on the same page, both in terms of photography and who is responsible for which aspect within the production.

2. PRE-PRODUCTION

Once we had decided on the initial idea development we'll start to organise the production calendar that meets the agreed delivered deadline. Although we cannot predict the future, many aspects may impact the timeline but if you have an ideal schedule please let us know in advance.

We will partner together to find the ideal photography locations that best suits your vision and your budget. We'll then test the area to ensure it is suitable for photography and a lack of difficulty on the shoot day.

3. PRODUCTION

With the shoot day or days set we will begin the production process. We will send out a call sheet to the crew, talent and client that includes the shooting location as well as the arrival time. The document will also include a shoot schedule that lists what content will be photographed, specifying the order and what time. Once the shooting day comes, the crew will arrive and prepare the set on location. Once the talent has arrived, we'll commence shooting. You are free to oversee the shoot to make sure all is being covered but this option is entirely up to you.

4. POST - PRODUCTION

Once we have photographed all the images needed, our editing team will begin to assemble a contact form which will showcase all the images we have taken. This contact form will be sent to you and you can pick out the ideal images you liked from the shoot. Once chosen, our editors will be editing the images to the styles we would of agreed upon in the planning and development stage. You'll have a chance to offer feedback after first draft images have been sent over. Feedback will be collected again and make further changes. We offer three rounds of amends of most image projects to esnure that you're happy with the final product.

5. DISTRIBUTION

Congratulations! With your finished images, it's time to think about how it will be distributed to your audience!

With every project we take we welcome feedback at the end. This is to improve our customer service and production process in the future. We value client opinions and strive to continue to live by our goal 'enriching our clients with content' so we make sure customers come again and again to us. Additionally, you can leave us a Google review or if your up for it, a video review of your experience with us.
